摘要
慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome,CFS)属于中医内科学"虚劳"的范畴.本文基于《伤寒论》六经辨证体系和针药结合思想,从太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴等证探讨CFS的发病机理、临床表现及针药结合的治则治法,旨在为CFS的临床诊疗工作提供裨益.
Abstract
Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)belongs to the category of"consumptive disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the syndrome-differentiation system of the six meridians system and the idea of combining acupuncture and medicine in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,this paper discussed the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment of CFS by combinaing acupuncture and medicine from Taiyang,Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyin,Shaoyin and Jueyin,aiming to provide benefits for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CFS.
