Introduction on Li Yan's Experience of Treating Infertility Caused by Ovulation Disorder from Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depression

摘要
不孕症是育龄期女性常见的妇科疾病,病因复杂,发病率逐年升高.研究发现,排卵障碍是不孕的主要原因之一.李燕结合国医大师刘尚义"补肾疏肝、调理气血"的学术思想,提出了补肾与调肝并重,治以补肾益精、调理气血,"恢复卵巢功能,即'复阴'"的观点.本文从补肾调周贯穿始终、补肾与调肝并重、择"的候"而合阴阳、调畅情志、调整生活及医案举隅等五个方面进行探讨,以期为该病的临床治疗提供新的思路,以飨同道.
Abstract
Infertility is a common gynecological disease in women of childbearing age,with complex etiology and increasing incidence year by year.Studies have showed that ovulation disorders are one of the main causes of infertility.Combined with TCM master Liu Shangyi's academic thoughts of"tonifying the kidney and soothing liver,regulating qi and blood",Professor Li Yan put forward the idea of both tonifying the kidney and soothing liver,treating with invigorating kidney and essence,regulating qi and blood,and"restoring the function of ova-ries,that is,'recovering yin'".This article investigated the treatment from the five aspects of tonifying the kid-ney and regulating the liver,choosing the"menstrual period"to harmonize Yin and Yang,adjusting emotion and life,and medical cases",to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.
