摘要
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,以关节疼痛、肿胀、晨僵等为主要临床表现.中医认为,肝与RA关系密切.基于"肝主疏泄"理论结合RA的病因病机,马老师常以调情志、和肝脾、理气血为法诊治RA,亦取得满意的临床疗效.现将马老师从"肝主疏泄"论治RA的学术思想总结如下,以期为RA的临床诊疗提供参考.
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disease with joint pain,swelling,and morn-ing stiffness as the main clinical manifestations.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that liver is closely related with RA.Based on the theory that"the liver governs free coursing",combined with the etiology and pathogene-sis of RA,Professor Ma Wukai often diagnoses and treats RA with the method of regulating emotions,harmoni-zing the liver and spleen,and regulating qi and blood,which has achieved satisfactory clinical effects.Now,Profess Ma's academic thoughts on treating RA from the perspective of"the liver governs free coursing"are summarized,in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of RA.
