摘要
通过调研古籍文献、整理中药现代研究的进展和研究成果,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内的专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:石斛具有养阴生津、滋阴清热、明目、强腰膝等功效;症靶为消渴、目暗不明、筋骨萎软;标靶为糖尿病、慢性萎缩性胃炎;现代药理研究发现石斛及其提取物有调节免疫、抗炎、降糖、抗肿瘤、保护肝肾功能等作用.
Abstract
By investigating the ancient books and literature,sorting out the progress and research results of modern Chinese medicine research,and combining the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of TCM clinical medicine and TCM pharmacy,it is concluded after the discussion that Den-drobium has the effects of nourishing Yin and promoting fluid,nourishing Yin and clearing heat,brightening eyes,strengthening waist and knee,and etc.Its symptom targets are diabetes,dim vision,weak muscles and bones.Its index targets are diabetes mellitus,and chronic atrophic gastritis.Modern pharmacological studies have found that Dendrobium and its effective extracts have the functions of regulating immunity,anti-inflamma-tion,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor and protecting liver and kidney functions.
