中西医临床专业学生见习或实习阶段临床能力现状及影响因素研究

目的:调查中西医临床专业学生见习或实习阶段临床能力现状及其影响因素,提出可行性建议,以期为中西医临床专业教学改革提供参考.方法:借助"问卷星"对天津中医药大学中西医临床专业高年级本科生临床能力现状及影响因素等方面进行调研.结果:学生各维度临床能力自评得分最高为临床职业精神,临床基本技能和临床思维能力自评得分相对较低.学生认为主观能动性是影响其临床能力最重要的因素,此外,教师的主导作用、科学的课程设置、思政教育等也是各维度临床能力的主要影响因素.结论:中西医临床专业学生见习或实习阶段临床能力有待进一步提高,建议从教育教学理念、培养模式及加强思政教育等方面多措并举培养全面发展的中西医结合临床人才.
A Study on Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Clinical Competence of Clinical Students Majored in Chinese and Western Medicine During their Internship or Trainee Period
Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of clinical competence of students in clinical specialty of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine,so as to provide references for the teaching reforms of integrated medicine.Methods:With the help of"Questionnaire Star",the current situation and influencing factors of clinical ability of senior students majoring in integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine from TJUTCM were investigated.Results:The highest score of clinical competence was clini-cal professionalism,while the scores of clinical basic skills and clinical thinking ability were relatively low.Students believe that subjective initiative is the most important factor affecting their clinical ability,in addition,the leading role of teachers,scientific curriculum,ideological and political education are also the main factors affecting clinical ability in each dimension.Conclusion:The clinical ability of students in internship/trainee stage needs to be improved.It is suggested to cultivate comprehensive integrative clinical talents through chan-ging education and teaching concepts,training mode and strengthening ideological and political education.
