基于"态靶辨证"理论探讨枳实的应用

摘要
"态靶辨证"汲取了中医学的"调态理论",融合了药理研究成果以及现代医学对疾病的认识,是对中医传统理、法、方、药、量的一次全面创新.本文通过开展古籍文献调研和中药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床应用经验,认为枳实的功效主要为破气消积,化痰除痞;症靶为胸痹心痛、食积腹痛、便秘;标靶为2型糖尿病、神经性厌食症;临床应用时应综合考虑不同疾病或同一疾病的不同阶段情况,进行合理辨证、配伍使用.本文积极探索枳实用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建,强调中药药理成果回归,实现"调态"与"打靶"相结合,以提高临床用药的靶向性和精准性.
Abstract
The state-target syndrome differentiation is a comprehensive innovation of traditional Chinese medicine theory,method,prescription,herbs and quantity by absorbing the"modulation theory"of traditional Chinese medicine,integrating the pharmacological research results and the understanding of modern medicine on diseases.Through the research of ancient books and literature,sorting out the modern research results of Chi-nese medicine,combined with the clinical understanding and application experience of traditional Chinese medi-cine,it is believed that the efficacy of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus is mainly to break qi and eliminate accumula-tion,transform phlegm and eliminate glomus.The target symptoms were chest impediment and heart pain,food accumulation and abdominal pain,and constipation.The targets were type 2 diabetes mellitus and anorexia ner-vosa.In clinical application,different diseases or different stages of the same disease should be considered com-prehensively,and reasonable differentiation and compatibility should be carried out.Actively explore the dose-effect relationship between the practical dose and the disease target and the index target,emphasize the regres-sion of TCM pharmacological results,and realize the combination of"modality"and"target"to improve the tar-geting and accuracy of clinical drugs.
