摘要
目的:通过中医传承计算平台探讨邵勇治疗偏头痛的用药经验及组方原则.方法:收集就诊于邵勇门诊的偏头痛患者病例,并将数据录入平台,导出结果后进行分析讨论.结果:共纳入方剂498首,涉及122味药物,使用频次前5味药物依次是川芎、细辛、白芷、全蝎、甘草;药物归经使用频次最高是足厥阴肝经;功效分类中以解表类中药最多;"网络拓扑图"展示核心药物的组成为川芎、白芷、细辛、全蝎、葛根、甘草.结论:邵勇治疗偏头痛主要从风、瘀两个病理因素论治,临床善用风药及虫药.
Abstract
Objective:To discuss professor Shao Yong's medication experience and prescription principle of migraine through TCM inheritance computing platform.Methods:Collect the cases of migraine patients treated in Professor Shao Yong's clinic,input the data into the platform,and export the results for analysis and discus-sion.Results:A total of 498 prescriptions were included,involving 122 kinds of drugs.The top 5 frequent-used drugs were Chuanxiong,asarum,Angelica,scorpion and licorice.Foot reverting yin liver channel was used with the highest frequency in drug normalization.In the classification of efficacy,the exterior-resolving medicinal was the most.The"Network topology"shows that the core drug composition is Chuanxiong,Angeli-ca,asarum,scorpion,Pueraria,and licorice.Conclusion:Professor Shao Yong treated migraine mainly from two pathological factors:wind and blood stasis,and could make good use of wind medicine and insect medicine in the clinic.
