基于CiteSpace的"药物性肝损伤"研究热点与趋势分析

摘要
目的:基于CiteSpace软件对2013年-2022年药物性肝损伤相关文献进行可视化分析,探索该学科领域研究热点和趋势.方法:利用CiteSpace软件,以"药物性肝损伤"为主题,检索CNKI、万方、维普、PubMed数据库公开发表的相关文献,通过作者、关键词共现和关键词突显等方法对文献进行可视化图谱分析.结果:筛选后共纳入1 609篇文献,年发文量整体呈上升趋势;核心作者145位,对该领域的研究已经形成多个核心研究团队;研究热点集中在药物致肝损伤发生机制.结论:药物性肝损伤相关领域的研究热度逐年上升,其机制研究层面不断深入、挖掘潜在的生物标志物和遗传信息可能是以后重点研究的方向.
Abstract
Objective:To visually analyze the literature related to drug-induced liver injury from 2013 to 2022,and to investigate the research hotspots and trends in this field based on CiteSpace.Methods:Taking"drug-induced liver injury"as the theme,CiteSpace software was used to search the relevant literature pub-lished in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed databases.The author,keyword co-occurrence and keyword prom-inence were used to visualize the literature.Results:After screening,a total of 1,609 litterateurs were includ-ed,and the annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend.There are 145 core authors,forming several core research teams in this research field.The research focuses on the mechanism of drug-induced liver injury.Conclusion:The research heat in the field of drug-induced liver injury is increasing year by year,and the future research may focus on the further study on its mechanism,potential biomarkers and genetic informa-tion.
