中医因时制宜特色疗法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用探析

中医时间医学是以"天人相应"的思想为核心，结合阴阳五行、子午流注等理论，探讨时间变化对人体生理、病理、气血阴阳的影响以及治疗的一门学科，因时制宜是其特色疗法。目前中医时间医学在肺系病方面的相关研究可揭示慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称慢阻肺)发病的日节律，即寅时高发;季节节律，即秋冬高发。基于因时制宜的思想治疗慢阻肺，可改善节律的紊乱，提高药物疗效，调节患者肺功能，减轻临床症状。本文从肺系病"日节律"及"肺应秋"四时节律入手，探讨中医时间医学因时制宜理论在慢阻肺中的应用，并结合生物节律对慢阻肺的影响，为选择最佳治疗时机，发挥药物最大疗效，有效改善慢阻肺症状提供新思路。
A Study on the Application of Treatment in Accordance with Seasonal Conditions in Trea-ting Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Traditional Chinese Chronomedicine is a discipline which focuses on the idea of"correspondence between man and universe",combined with the theories of Yin-yang and Five Elements,meridian and meridi-an flow,etc.,to discuss the influence of time change regulation on human physiology,pathological changes,Qi and blood,as well as yin-yang and its therapeutic interventions.Treatment in accordance with seasonal condi-tions is its characteristic therapy.At present,the relevant research in pulmonary diseases with Traditional Chi-nese Chronomedicine reveals the daily rhythm of COPD,with a peak incidence during the period of the day from 3 a.m.to 5 a.m,and seasonal rhythms,with a higher prevalence during the autumn and winter seasons.Treating COPD based on the thought in accordance with seasonal conditions can improve the disturbance of rhythm,im-prove the efficacy of drugs,regulate the patients'lung functions,and reduce the clinical symptoms.Starting with the"daily rhythm"and the four-seasons'rhythm"lung response to autumn"of pulmonary diseases,this paper discusses the application of Chronomedicine in COPD,combined with the influence of biological rhythm on COPD,to provide new ideas for selecting the best time for treatment,maximizing the efficacy of drugs,and effectively improving COPD symptoms.
