Visualized Analysis on Treating Depression with TCM based on CiteSpace
Objective To draw a visualized knowledge map by using CiteSpace6.1.R6 software,and to an-alyze and discuss the research status of treating depression with TCM in the past 10 years and its future develop-ment trend.Methods Using CNKI database as the data source,the related literature on treating depression with traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2014 to July 31,2023 were searched.CiteSpace6.1.R6 soft-ware was used to pick up the information of titles,abstracts,publication time,keywords,authors and their affil-iated institutions to generate a visualized knowledge map,and perform quantitative analyses.Results A total of 734 papers had been included,and the number of publications increased year by year in the past decade,invol-ving 361 authors and 58 core authors represented by Xu Erping,forming 5 core author cooperation teams.The publishing organization,represented by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,involves 242 units,among which there are 53 institutions having published more than 3 articles.There are 440 keywords,among which the term"acupuncture"continued in timeline,and in the past three years,key words"intestinal flora"and"net-work pharmacology"emerged.Conclusion The research hotspot on treating depression with TCM is mainly fo-cused on Post-Stroke Depression(PSD),and acupuncture and moxibustion.The research trend gradually changed to take intestinal flora as a new target or combine network pharmacology to study its mechanism of ac-tion and clinical effects of network pharmacology.
