Analysis of LI Zongzhi's Medication Rule in Treating Macular Degeneration based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform
Objective To investigate the medication rule of Professor LI Zongzhi in the treatment of macular disease based on a traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.Method Effective medical re-cords of Professor LI's treatment of macular lesions from January 1,2020 to October 27,2022 were collected,and statistics of drug frequency,four Qi,five flavors,and normalization were performed on the prescription data using the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Computing platform(V3.0)software.Association rules and cluster analysis were used for data mining.Results A total of 286 prescriptions were included,involving 60 kinds of drugs.Among them 9 kinds of drugs were used more than 100 times,which were cassia seed,bamboo leaf,yam,Ligustrum,Ophioponata,Leonurus japonica,forsythia core,Sanzhikern,and Dendrobium officina-lis.The medicinal properties are cold with sweet flavor,which mainly belong to the liver meridian,and followed by stomach,kidney meridian in turn.For the efficacy classifications,the drugs is mainly with the function of supplement deficiency,and followed by heat-clearing.Association analysis showed 7 pairs of common drugs,5 groups of drug association rules and 4 core drugs.Three groups of core drugs were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion Professor LI's treated macular disease with the method of"tonifying the Yin of liver and kidney".While treating,use the method of supplement deficiency mainly,together with the method of clearing heat for supplementing and clearing heart for assistant.It embodies LI Zongzhi's unique medication characteristics of tak-ing the method of simultaneous attack and supplementation in the treatment.
