摘要

为了探索波纹钢板-混凝土组合箱型结构设计思路,本文依托于某工程实例,系统地论述了波纹钢板-混凝土加劲肋的概念、应用技术和设计步骤.首先根据刚度等效原则将波纹钢板-混凝土加劲肋统一换算成钢板拱,然后建立有限元分析模型,求解结构内力,依据规范中的验算条件进行判别结构是否可靠,基础设计过程可参考相关公路桥梁规范.该结构的首次应用为桥梁工程提供一种新的结构方式,其工程经验可为相似工程提供参考.

Abstract

In order to explore the design method of corrugated steel plate(CSP)-concrete composite box structure,based on an engineering example,the concept,application technology,and design steps of Concrete-Steel Composite Beams were systematically discussed.Firstly,based on stiffness equivalence,the Concrete-Steel Composite Beams was equivalent to a steel Plate arch.Then,a finite element analysis model was established to solve the internal forces of the structure,and the reliability of the structure was judged by the calculation method specified in the specifications.The design process of the foundation can refer to relevant highway bridge design specifications and code.The first application of this structure provides a new structural method for bridge engineering,and can provide reference for similar projects.
