摘要

为解决地铁站中现浇轨顶风道存在的施工周期长、施工工艺复杂、施工危险性大、施工质量控制难度大等问题,有必要探索预制轨顶风道施工新工艺.结合地铁实际情况,使用自主设计的的拼装平台、起吊工装、轨道滑轮移动平台及转运钢扁担,本文探索出了一套预制轨顶风道施工方法.这套施工方案充分发挥了装配式建筑场外预制、安装便利的优势,减少了施工队二次进场,缩短工期和施工措施费50%以上.超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的应用为预制构件的连接提供了可靠保证,减轻了预制单元的重量,结果表明该施工方案效果良好.该施工方案不仅可以为相似工程提供经验实例,还为预制轨顶风道的施工开拓了新思路.

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of long construction period,complex construction technology,high construction risk and difficult construction quality control in the air duct of cast-in-place rail top in subway station,It is necessary to explore the new construction technology of precast track top air duct.Combined with the actual situation of a station,a set of construction method of precast track top air duct is explored by using self-designed assembling platform,hoisting equipment,track pulley moving platform and transshipment steel pole.This set of construction plan makes full use of the advantages of off-site prefabrication and easy installation of the prefabricated building,reducing the secondary entry of the construction team,shortening the construction period and construction measures costs by more than 50%.The application of Ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC)provides a reliable guarantee for the connection of precast members and reduces the weight of precast units.This construction plan can not only provide experience examples for similar projects,but also open up new ideas for the construction of precast track top air duct
