摘要

装配式建筑是实现可持续建筑的重要方向之一.轻钢框架建筑由于构件标准化程度高、工业化生产条件成熟、适用性广泛、施工便捷、构件可回收再利用等特性,成为一种主要的轻质预制装配式建筑体系.本文通过文献查阅和实际项目调研相结合的方式进行分析探讨,发现提升轻钢框架装配式建筑的可持续性需从建造效率、建筑性能和耐久性设计三个方面进行努力,并指出耐久性设计研究的紧迫性.

Abstract

Prefabricated building is one of the important directions to achieve sustainability.Lightweight steel-framed building has become a major light weight prefabricated building system due to the high standardization of components,mature industrial production conditions,wide applicability,convenient construction and recyclability of components,etc.Combining literature review and actual project analysis,this paper discusses that the sustainability of prefabricated building with lightweight steel-framed system needs to be improved through three directions:construction efficiency,building performance and durability design.It also points out the urgency of durability design research.
