In order to improve the informatization level of smart construction on construction sites,China has carried out comprehensive promotion and application of smart construction sites.However,there is currently a lack of understanding and systematic research on smart construction sites,and the construction of smart construction sites in China is still in its early stages.As a leading innovative city in China,Guangzhou has been studying the development of smart construction sites in line with international standards.In order to improve the applicability and popularity of smart construction sites in Guangzhou,we have conducted research on traditional construction management methods,combined with the Internet of Things,intelligent algorithms,and project management experience,to design an information technology solution for construction project management and propose solutions for key technologies.Through the application of engineering examples,it is of great significance to promote the improvement of core competitiveness of construction enterprises,promote the transformation of the development mode of the construction industry.
