摘要

为加快装配式混凝土结构构件研发和检测技术发展,本文依托实际工程介绍了一种新型预制钢筋混凝土柱的构造、装配技术和检测方法.结论如下:新型预制钢筋混凝土柱显著提高了接头连接质量,使现场装配更加灵活,施工容许误差比灌浆套筒连接更大;由于养护工艺不同,现浇连接段的混凝土强度会稍低于预制段混凝土强度;现浇连接节点根部容易出现蜂窝现象;当混凝土标号在C50~C60之间时,应同时采用高强混凝土回弹仪和普通混凝土回弹仪进行强度推定;超声相控阵雷达可有效检测连接段内部缺陷,但需调整增益大小并结合钢筋分布和工程经验判别缺陷.该新型预制钢筋混凝土柱为装配式混凝土结构提供一种新的预制构件,其工程经验可为相似工程提供参考.

Abstract

In order to accelerate the development of research and detection technology for prefabricated concrete structural components,a new type of prefabricated reinforced concrete column structure,assembly technology,and detection method were introduced based on practical engineering.The conclusion is as follows:The new prefabricated reinforced concrete column signifiicantly improves the quality of joint connection,making on-site assembly more flexible,and the tolerance error is greater than that of grout-sleeve connection;Due to different maintenance techniques,the concrete strength of the cast-in-place connection section will be slightly lower than that of the prefabricated section;The root of the cast-in-place connection node is prone to honeycomb phenomenon;When the concrete grade is between C50 and C60,both high-strength concrete rebound instruments and ordinary concrete rebound instruments should be used for strength estimation;Ultrasonic phased array radar can effectively detect internal defects in the connection section,but the gain size needs to be adjusted and combined with steel distribution and engineering experience to identify defects.This new type of prefabricated reinforced concrete column provides a new prefabricated component for prefabricated concrete structures,and its engineering experience can provide reference for similar projects.
