摘要

为研究B1M正向设计高质量落地的发展路径,本文分析了BIM正向设计特点、现状及制约BIM正向设计高质量落地的因素,进行了4个二三维协同平台功能对比测试.结果表明,确保BIM正向设计高质量落地要点包括构建企业BIM人才库、提高计算机配置、BIM正向设计方法研究、打造适合BIM正向设计高质量落地环境,提出了适合现阶段的二、三维联合设计流程,总结了4个二三维协同平台功能测试结果及适用环境.

Abstract

In order to explore the development path of high-quality implementation of BIM forward design,an analysis was conducted on the characteristics and current status of BIM forward design,as well as the factors constraining its high-quality implementation.Comparative tests were performed on four 2D/3D collaborative platforms.The results indicate that key factors for ensuring the high-quality implementation of BIM forward design include establishing an enterprise BIM talent pool,upgrading computer configurations,researching methods for BIM forward design,and creating an environment conducive to the high-quality implementation of BIM forward design.A collaborative 2D/3D design process suitable for the current stage was proposed,and the test results and applicable environment of the four 2D/3D collaborative platforms were summarized.
