In recent years,the country has vigorously promoted the development of new building industrialization,advocating to strengthen systematic integrated design of buildings,improve integrated component parts,and expand the scale of standard prefabricated components.The modular construction method of high-rise residential buildings is more in line with the concept of new building industrialization development.This article combines the Singapore PPVC system and the Hong Kong MiC system to explore modular building systems suitable for the widespread promotion and application of concrete structure high-rise residential buildings in China,and proposes the problems that still exist in the development of modular buildings in China at this stage,providing research directions for the future development of modular buildings.
