摘要

工业厂房地下病害体隐蔽性较强,且易引起地面不均匀沉降,危及厂房安全,目前常规检测技术难以有效对病害体进行检测,需要开发更为精确的检测技术和方法.本文以发生不均匀沉降的某工业厂房为例,采用超声波相控阵无损检测方法对厂房地下病害体进行检测,并使用探地雷达法进行对比验证.结果表明:超声波相控阵法能有效探测出空洞、不密实地下病害体,检测结果较探地雷达清晰,可全面检测出小型地下病害体.本文结果可为超声波相控阵法在地下病害体的无损检测方面提供有益参考.

Abstract

The underground disease bodies of industrial buildings,which have strong concealment,could easily cause uneven ground settlement and endanger the safety of industrial buildings.Conventional detection techniques are difficult to detect the disease in time.Therefore,it is important to accurately detect underground disease to provide scientific decisions for the reinforcement and treatment of industrial buildings.This paper took the detection of an industrial building with uneven settlement as an example,and uses Ultrasonic Phased Array non-destructive testing method to detect the underground disease bodies of the industrial building,and uses Ground Penetrating Radar method for comparative verification.The results show that the Ultrasonic Phased Array method can effectively detect cavities and non dense underground disease bodies.Compared to the Ground Penetrating Radar method,the Ultrasonic Phased Array method results are clearer,which can comprehensively detect small underground disease bodies.The results of this paper can provide a useful reference for the Ultrasonic Phased Array method in the non-destructive detection of subsurface diseased bodies.
