摘要

通过对水性涂料甲醛含量测量过程中各相对标准不确定度的来源进行分类,对各类影响因素进行量化分析,结果表明,当置信区间p=95%,包含因子k=2时,水性涂料中甲醛含量的相对扩展不确定度为±7.52%,可确定标准工作曲线拟合引入的不确定度占比最大.本研究可为控制乙酰丙酮分光光度法测量的水性涂料、腻子等样品中的甲醛含量测量提供科学依据,可应用于建筑室内的甲醛污染治理,加强对建筑室内环境质量的控制.

Abstract

By classifying the sources of relative standard uncertainties in the measurement of formaldehyde content in water-based coatings and quantitatively analyzing various influencing factors,the results show that when the confidence interval p=95%and the inclusion factor k=2,the relative expanded uncertainty of formaldehyde content in water-based coatings is±7.52%.Therefore,it can be determined that the uncertainty introduced by the fitting of the standard working curve accounts for the largest proportion.This study can provide scientific basis for controlling the measurement of formaldehyde content in water-based coatings,putty and other samples measured by acetylacetone spectrophotometry.
