摘要
为了解决古建筑屋面修缮过程中出现的盲目修缮、数据整理不全面、尺寸偏差等问题,以卫氏大宗祠修缮项目为例,通过三维模拟施工技术,基于CAD、BIM、3DMAX以及三维激光定位等辅助工具,在屋面修缮的过程中对修缮所需的各种数据进行收集整理,同时转化成三维模型,进行瓦片预排、屋面修缮的施工三维模拟.结果表明,采用三维模拟施工技术能提前发现在修缮过程中常出现的构件衔接缺陷、替换的构件样式不符合修缮原则、屋面部分位置尺寸不协调、瓦垄歪斜宽窄不一等问题,减少修缮过程中出现的"保护性破坏".研究成果表明该技术能有效地减少返工的出现,节约施工成本,更好地进行质量管理和项目信息管理,对文物进行保护,同时该技术也可为类似的古建筑修缮保护工程提供新的施工思路.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of blind repair,incomplete data collection,dimensional deviation,etc.that occurred during the roof repair process of ancient buildings,taking the Wei Ancestral Temple repair project as an example,through three-dimensional simulation construction technology,based on CAD,BIM,3DMAX and three-dimensional laser Positioning and other auxiliary tools are used to collect and organize various data required for the repair during the roof repair process,and at the same time convert it into a three-dimensional model,and conduct three-dimensional simulation of tile pre-arrangement and roof repair construction.The results show that the use of three-dimensional simulation construction technology can detect in advance problems such as component connection defects that often occur during the repair process,replaced component styles that do not comply with the repair principles,uncoordinated position and size of roof parts,and skewed tile ridges with different widths,etc.,thus reducing the number of problems during the repair process."Protective damage"occurs.Research results show that this technology can effectively reduce the occurrence of rework,save construction costs,better conduct quality management and project information management,and protect cultural relics.At the same time,this technology can also provide new construction methods for similar ancient building repair and protection projects.ideas.
