摘要

本文旨在添加聚乙酸乙烯酯对再生橡胶砂浆进行改性,解决其在工程实际中容易出现开裂和粘附性能较差等缺陷,从而拓宽再生橡胶砂浆在房屋工程中的应用,进一步缓解废旧轮胎橡胶对生态环境造成的危害.通过一系列的力学实验,研究再生橡胶掺量和聚乙酸乙烯酯掺量对再生橡胶砂浆的流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度和干燥收缩量的影响.结果表明,随着再生橡胶颗粒掺量增加,水泥砂浆的流动度和抗折强度、抗压强度明显降低,降低幅度分别约为37.3%、65.1%和81.4%,试件体积干燥收缩变大,增幅约为61.8%.当再生橡胶掺量一定,随着聚乙酸乙烯酯掺量增多,水泥砂浆流动度和体积收缩量分别增大了 31.3%和22.8%,而抗折、抗压强度分别降低了 33.1%和45.5%.本文的结论将对再生橡胶砂浆在房屋工程中的应用提供有益的参考价值.

Abstract

This study mainly focused on adding polyvinyl acetate to modify recycled rubber mortar,solving its defects such as cracking and poor adhesion performance in engineering practice,thereby expanding the application of recycled rubber mortar in housing engineering and further alleviating the harm of waste tire rubber to the ecological environment.Through a series of mechanical experiments,the effects of recycled rubber and polyvinyl acetate contents on the fluidity,flexural and compressive strengths,and drying shrinkage of recycled rubber mortar were studied.The results showed that as the content of recycled rubber particles increased,the fluidity,compressive and flexural strengths of cement mortar significantly decreased,with a reduction amplitude of about 37.3%,65.1%,and 81.4%,respectively.The volume shrinkage of the specimens increased during drying,with an increase of about 61.8%.When the content of recycled rubber is constant,with the increase of polyvinyl acetate content,the fluidity and volume shrinkage of cement mortar increases by 31.3%and 22.8%,respectively,and the flexural and compressive strengths show a decrease of about 33.1%and 45.5%,respectively.Conclusions from this study will provide useful reference for the application of recycled rubber mortar in housing engineering.
