摘要

利用悬臂支护桩作为塔吊基础,增大了基坑支护的水平力,其如何保证基坑的安全成为第一考虑的要素.首先利用理正软件计算分析基坑的受力工况,结合现场的实际对可行的方案做对比分析;然后经过SAP2000的分析,塔吊的基础桩承担了部分水平力,为安全起见及便于笔算复核,塔吊基础的自重对塔吊扭矩贡献的组合系数取为0,塔吊的水平荷载全部由加固的斜撑构件承担.将底板斜撑周围的若干承台及底板提前浇筑,并根据现场情况提供了混凝土牛腿及预埋钢板连接的做法大样.实践表明,上述简化便于笔算复核,施工现场操作方便,可以有效地保证基坑的安全以及项目的工期.

Abstract

The use of cantilever support piles as tower crane foundations increases the horizontal force of foundation pit support,and ensuring the safety of the foundation pit is the primary consideration.Firstly,use Lizheng software to calculate and analyze the stress conditions of the foundation pit,and compare and analyze feasible solutions based on the actual situation on site;Then after the analysis of SAP2000,the foundation pile of the tower crane bears part of the horizontal force.For the sake of safety and for the convenience of written review,the combination coefficient of the contribution of the dead weight of the tower crane foundation to the torque of the tower crane is taken as 0,and the horizontal load of the tower crane is all borne by the reinforced slant support members.Several cushion caps and baseplates around the bottom plate slant support are poured in advance,and the detailed drawing of concrete corbel and embedded steel plate connection is provided according to the site conditions.Practice has shown that the above simplification is convenient for written verification,convenient for construction site operation,and can effectively ensure the safety of the foundation pit and ensure the project schedule.
