摘要

当前,我国建筑业施工管理已从粗放式管理迈向精细化管理时代,实现了从依赖经验向数据为本的转变.模板与脚手架作为施工过程中常用的一种耗材,具有用量巨大、周转迅速、成本控制困难等特点.长期以来,其管理方式主要依赖于理论和经验,难以实现实时动态的精细化管理.对此,本文提出运用BIM技术进行分析与解决,并以实际项目为例,对应用过程及最终成果进行总结与分析.研究结论表明,采用BIM技术对模板、脚手架进行深化设计具有可行性,能够解决现场工程量控制不严的问题,使模型量与现场量误差控制在5%以内.此外,在复杂节点进行深化设计,充分发挥了 BIM可视化的优势,解决了阅读图纸困难的问题,提高了识图效率至少20%.

Abstract

At present,the construction management of China's construction industry has moved from extensive management to the era of fine management,and has realized the transformation from relying on experience-oriented to data-based.As a kind of consumables commonly used in the construction process,formwork and scaffold have the characteristics of huge consumption,rapid turnover and difficult cost control.For a long time,its management mode mainly relies on theory and experience,and it is difficult to realize real-time and dynamic fine management.In view of this,this paper proposes to use BIM technology to analyze and solve,and take the actual project as an example to summarize and analyze the application process and the final results.The research conclusion shows that it is feasible to use BIM technology to deepen the design of formwork scaffold,which can solve the problem of lax project control of field quantity,and control the error of model quantity and field quantity within 5%.In addition,the deepening design at complex nodes gives full play to the advantages of BIM visualization,solves the problem of difficult reading drawings,and improves the efficiency of drawing recognition by at least 20%.
