摘要

呼吸研究型综合医疗中心项目具有功能多且杂的特点,专业性较强,为研究该类项目设计施工新技术,结合广州市某呼吸医疗中心项目为实例,以项目建设过程为背景,引入呼吸研究型综合医疗中心专业性功能于前期设计,然后通过工程施工将各专业功能实现,建设过程中设计施工深度融合,逐步完善各医疗专业功能,最后总结建设过程研究内容及创新点,形成该类项目设计施工综合新技术,文中对主要创新技术进行了整体阐述.重点对防传染技术、防辐射技术、智能化技术、海绵城市技术、快速施工技术等内容进行了详细介绍,是对该类兼具医院、培训基地、医疗转化、基础实验于一体的综合项目的创新实践,相关新技术新工艺应用后,取得良好效果.

Abstract

The respiratory research comprehensive medical center project has the characteristics of multiple functions and miscellaneous functions,and is highly professional.In order to study the new technology of design and construction of this kind of project,taking a respiratory medical center project in Guangzhou as an example and taking the project construction process as the background,the professional functions of the respiratory research comprehensive medical center are introduced in the preliminary design,and the professional functions are realized through engineering construction.In the construction process,the design and construction are deeply integrated,and the functions of various medical specialties are gradually improved.Finally,the research content and innovation points of the construction process are summarized to form a comprehensive new technology for the design and construction of such projects.The main innovative technologies are described in the paper as a whole.Focus on the anti-infection technology,anti-radiation technology,intelligent technology,sponge city technology,rapid construction technology and other contents are introduced in detail,which is the innovative practice of this kind of comprehensive project with hospitals,training bases,medical transformation and basic experiments in one.After the application of relevant new technologies and new processes,good results have been achieved.
