摘要

堆载预压工艺作为软基处理中一种常见的处理方式,在软基处理工程中得到了广泛的应用,其加固效果影响因素也受到了广泛的关注.本文以广州南沙某堤防工程项目软基处理为例,借助有限元软件建立计算模型,通过对堆载时间、插板深度、排水板布置间距等参数的变化计算,分析其对软基固结沉降的影响.结果表明,排水板布置间距为1 m,插板深度为被处理土层上部1 m,堆载时间为120 d,其处理效果最佳.本次研究结果可为今后类似工程提供借鉴.

Abstract

As a common treatment method in soft foundation treatment,the preloading process of pile load has been widely applied in soft foundation treatment engineering,and the factors affecting its reinforcement effect have also received widespread attention.This article takes the soft foundation treatment of a embankment project in Nansha,Guangzhou as an example,and uses finite element software to establish a calculation model.By calculating the changes in parameters such as loading time,insertion depth,drainage plate spacing,etc.,the impact on the consolidation settlement of the soft foundation is analyzed.The results showed that the best treatment effect was achieved when the spacing between drainage boards was lm,the insertion depth was lm above the treated soil layer,and the stacking time was 120 days.The results of this study can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
