A Preliminary Report on the Lichen Family Graphidaceae from Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot in Guizhou,China
This study aims to investigate the lichen resources of Graphidaceae in Xiaoqikong Scenic Spot,Libo,Guizhou,China.The species composition and biodiversity were selected to supplement the fundamental data in Graphidaceae research.More than 200 lichen specimens were collected from the family Graphidaceae.A series of methods were used to identify these species,in terms of morphology,anatomy,chemistry,molecular biology and ge-ography.A total of 13 species in 5 genera were reported,of which one genus Thecaria with its one species Thecaria quassiicola Fée were reported as new record from Guizhou Province.The results found that Graphis was the dominant genus in the region,whose species were accounted for 46.15%of the total number of lichens in the family.This finding can also enrich the fungal diversity.
