Innovating and Exploration of Talent Cultivation for Forest Health in Guizhou Province
Forest health has been ever increasing rapidly over the past decade.This emerging form of business relies on the forest environment to maintain and restore human health.However,the booming industry has seriously restrict-ed to the skilled personnel of forest health.The qualified personnel training has also been the bottleneck in indus-try.This study aims to propose the innovating qualified personnel training of forest health in Guizhou Province.The systematic analysis was performed on the survey data and job ability requirements in industry.Some innovative ideas were given to cultivate the applied and skilled talents,in order to integrate the industry and education.The mutual integration and communication platform should be established from various disciplines within a school/university,to-gether with the off-campus industry communication platform.This personnel training was implemented to cooperate the school-industry,school-enterprise and inter-school.Academic certificates were combined with professional qual-ification certificates,school curriculum with working post capacity,full-time teachers with industry experts,and teaching with production.The education goal was accurately positioned for the post capacity of forestry therapy per-sonnel.The innovative curriculum system was established through reverse reasoning.Traditional quality evaluation of personnel training should be reformed,according to the requirements from the forest therapy industry.The results show that the effective integration of industry and education was achieved to cultivate the qualified personnel for the forest therapy industry.The curriculum system should fully highlight the key points and characteristics of talent train-ing in forestry therapy.The finding can serve as the important guidance and reference for future curriculum reform and innovative vocational education.
