代谢组学在植物与病原真菌相互作用研究中的应用

代谢组学是对生物体内代谢产物进行定性与定量研究的学科,与基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学共同构成系统生物学,代谢组学已经被应用于多个领域.本文综述了代谢组学在真菌对植物的侵染机制及植物对病原真菌入侵的应答反应方面的研究进展,表明代谢组学可以明确生物体内变化的相关代谢通路及代谢产物,为深入揭示植物与真菌互作规律、植物自身的防御机制等方面研究提供一定方法参考.
Applying Metabolomics for Plant-pathogenenic Fungi Interactions
Metabolomics has been widely applied to quantify the metabolites in living organisms,thus integrating with genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics into systems biology.This review was focused on the research progress of metabolomics in the fungal invasion of plants in response to pathogenic fungal invasion.The results indicate that metabolomics was mostly used to verify the metabolic pathways and variations in organisms.The finding can provide a strong reference to further reveal the interaction between plants and fungi,as well as the resistance mechanisms of plants themselves.
