摘要
贵州仍然是一个欠发达省份,推动贵州制造业高质量发展意义重大.在加快构建新发展格局的背景下,贵州制造业发展面临新的机遇和挑战,需要充分利用资源禀赋和特色产业发展基础,通过制度型开放、营造更好营商环境,促进易于流动的要素集聚,打造特色优势产业体系;在区域合作中积极参与国内价值链(NVC)构建,打造国家产业备份;立足市场资源,在部分领域以市场聚产业,努力构建产业公地,完善关联辅助行业.
Abstract
Guizhou is underdeveloped province,for which the high-quality develop-ment of manufacturing industries is significant.Under the circumstances of new development,Guizhou's manufacturing industries are facing new op-portunities and challenges.First,the advantageous local resources and dis-tinctive industry development foundation should be fully used,and the insti-tutional open-up should be conducted and a better business environment should be created for the gathering of easily-circulating elements and culti-vating distinctive,advantageous industries.Third,we should actively partici-pate in the national value chain(NVC)creation in regional partnership,and form candidates for national industries.Fourth,based on market re-sources in some sectors we should endeavor to construct the public sites for industries and improve relevant supporting industries.
