On the Internal Regulations of Modern Chinese National Civilization
It is inherently required that we should build modern Chinese national civi-lization according to Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.The leadership of the Communist Party of China is the motivation for modern Chinese national civ-ilization to display its presence and also the internal regulations for it,which are mainly shown in three ways.The first way is nature.The fundamental value standpoint for modern Chinese national civilization has always been national cultural well-being,that is,from culture-based national rescue and establishment to culture-based national revival and prosperity,and people's well-being,that is,people-oriented contributions,work and wel-fare.The second way is position.Modern Chinese national civilization be-longs to socialist civilization,transcending capitalist civilization,and consti-tutes an important part of socialist mental civilization development.The third way is discipline.To build modern Chinese national civilization we should strengthen ideological guide and self-confidence in Chinese culture,main-tain our policy of open-up and inclusiveness,and keep innovating while sticking to our excellent tradition so that we can contribute more to national strength and revival in terms of cultural root and spirit force.
