Meaningful Construction of Teachers'Psychological Welfare Field under the Perspective of Enhancing a Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation
Enhancing a sense of community for the Chinese nation is an important component of educational governance as well as a value pursuit for realizing the goal of educational governance.The research indicates that as a sum of mental experiences,the features and formations of teachers'psychological welfare field can be shown in the practice of enhancing a sense of communi-ty for the Chinese nation.In the educational domain it drives the emer-gence,changes and ups and downs of things in terms of acceptance and launch forces,and exerts much impact on teachers themselves and the ob-jects interacting with the former through synergy.By means of functional properties the impact mechanism of teachers'psychological welfare field,as"attracting force",is mainly revealed in three ways:to break the cocoon house of information and emotions and reduce cultural and mental distance;to induce social interaction cognition and increase the probability of ancho-ring and objectivizing;to reinvigorate the re-understanding of cultural,log-ical starting-point and stimulate the emergence of collective sub-con-sciousness.The study assumes that the exploration of construction paths for teachers'psychological welfare field is significant for the spiritual,cognitive and value endorsement of enhancing a sense of community for the Chinese nation.
