Evolution of the Anti-vulnerability theory and its"Security and Development Turn"under the Perspective of Anthropology
With risks and vulnerabilities as base points and humans,things,objects,or-ganizations and systems as references,the risky society theory and the risky culture theory respectively evolved into the vulnerable society theory and the vulnerable culture theory,and further gave birth to the strategic risk and op-portunity theory,the reciprocal altruistic theory,the indefinite profit theory,and the anti-vulnerability theory.The risk theory,the vulnerability theory and the anti-vulnerability theory were interwoven with each other and al-ternately evolved.Combining the economic and social development of new era,new ideologies and new patterns,the anti-vulnerability theory,as an a-chievement of theoretical evolution,should turn its agendas to security and development,change its research base points to uncertainty and random-ness,adjust its research dimensions to the resilient comprehensive systems,adapt its involvement focuses on inherent potentials,and transform its logic base points to China-style practice so as to gradually improve the academic construction of China-style security and development research.
