The Mechanism and Path of High-quality Economic and Social Development in Western Ethnic Areas From the Perspective of Regional Potential Energy:Take Guizhou Province as an Example
Regional potential energy is the spatial coordinate of high-quality economic and social development in western ethnic areas.Endowment resources,policy support and digital empowerment are the internal basis,external support and key engine among the elements of regional potential energy.Taking Guizhou Province as an example,the western minority areas are facing opportunities such as the improvement of economic and geographical spatial pattern,the broadening of policy support,and the transformation and upgrading of digital technology.However,there are still some problems,such as the imbalance of regional economic and social development,the over-reliance on policy support and the relative weakness of digital enabling technology.Therefore,we should reshape the spatial pattern of economic and social development in the western ethnic areas,strengthen the coordination and cooperation of multiple subjects,improve the ability of digital empowerment and expand the technology value-added space,so as to realize the high-quality economic and social development in the western ethnic areas.
