Analysis on the Path Selection of Contemporary Conservation of Traditional Rice Seed from the Perspective of Ecological Civilization——Based on the Rice Seed Conservation Practice of Dong People Villagers in Shangzhong Town,Liping County,Guizhou Province
The conservation of biodiversity has become a global consensus,so the conservation of contemporary living staple crops must be on the agenda.Specifically in China,rice is the first staple food.If the existing traditional rice cultivars cannot be effectively protected,inherited and innovatively utilized,the stable storage of rice gene bank will suffer a great loss.However,in the current academic research,there are different opinions on how to implement the protection of traditional rice cultivars.How to explore the economical and effective protection path has become the top problem of academic circles.Fortunately,in the absence of both relevant theoretical guidance and strong social support,Dong People villagers in Shangzhong town of Liping County successfully tried the specific path and operation method of traditional rice seed protection through their own practice and efforts.It is difficult to enumerate the pros and cons in this process one by one.As long as their practices and achievements meet the requirements of The Times,we can find the right path selection and plan from them.The construction of ecological civilization can also take root in this field and make a beneficial contribution to the interests of the country and the people.
