Research on the Guarantee Capability of Western China in National Economic Security
Economic security is the foundation of national security.As an important region for China's economic development,the western regions play an important strategic role in coordinating development and security in China,enhancing prevention and resolution of various risks.This article reviews the roles played by the western regions in national economic security in different historical periods,and analyzes the practical foundation of the western regions in national economic security in the context of new development stages,implementation of new development concepts,and construction of new development patterns.Furthermore,from the countermeasures and suggestions perspectives of national resource and energy security,food security,industrial and supply chain security,trade security,ecological security aspects of to enhance the ability to safeguard national economic security.
