外文摘要：This paper interprets the spirit of General Secretary XI Jin-ping's important speech at the National Unity and Progress Commendation Conference in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.It analyzes and explains the content and key points of General Secretary XI Jin-ping's important speech from three aspects:the correct path of solving the ethnic problem with Chinese characteristics,the inner law of the formation and development of the Chinese national community,and the key tasks of promoting the construction of the Chinese national community and then points out the great significance of General Secretary XI Jin-ping's important speech.
