A Preliminary Study of Chinese Cultural Construction on the China-Kazakhstan Border
The various ethnic groups living within China's borders have jointly created a longstanding Chinese civilization,whose continuity,innovation,unity,inclusiveness and peacefulness have resulted in a rich and diversified cultural form,and have condensed into an integrated and blended Chinese culture.Chinese cultural construction on the China-Kazakhstan border is an important part of the promotion of current cultural and ideological work,which also concerns the acceptance of border people about the Chinese national community as well as a reasonable interpretation of neighboring countries about Chinese culture.Ethnic culture,national garrison culture,regional culture,public culture together constitute the existing content of Chinese culture on the border between China and Kazakhstan,but in the actual construction of Chinese culture,it shows that the content of social memory is diversified but weak in practice,the main body of cultural construction is strong in cognition but weak in output,the function of cultural construction and dissemination on the border crossing is weak,and the influence of Chinese culture on the border on the external dissemination of Chinese culture is relatively weak.In this regard,it proposes implementable paths for cultural construction:building multi-level cultural construction sites and subjects,taking advantage of route heritage and corridors,creating inter-regional cultural tourism industries,innovating cultural symbols at border ports,and expanding the capacity of cultural construction at the borders and the means of dissemination to the outside world.
