Key Issues and Development Progression of Digital Technology Enabling Rural Revitalization from the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization
Digital technology enabling rural revitalization refers to the integration of new-generation digital technologies such as big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,and Internet of Things into rural revitalization practices.This in-volves combining digital technology with rural construction,agricultural development,and farmers' lives to create a livable and prosperous digital countryside,and the promotion of rural construction in the new era into a new stage of Chinese-style modernization.In order to better play the role of digital technology in promoting rural revitalization,this paper expounds the significance of digital technology empowering rural revitalization from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization,ana-lyzes the key problems existing in the current digital rural revitalization,and puts forward some suggestions on the develop-ment path.The research on Village M and Village N in Hefei,Anhui Province reveals that digital technology enabling rural revitalization is an important link to realize the modernization of rural construction,an important means to promote the inte-grated development of urban and rural areas,and an important reliance to promote the construction of digital China.Now some problems are found in policy mechanism,infrastructure,technical support and talent supply in digital technology-enabled rural revitalization.To address these challenges,we need to enhance the top-level design of digital countryside and empower the mechanism for development.To ensure guarantee empowerment,we should strengthen the construction of rural digital infrastructure.Technology empowerment can be achieved by expanding the supply of rural digital technology in-novation.And manpower empowerment can be achieved by optimizing the rural digital construction talent team.
