Adaptive Supply for Elderly Care Services in Differentiated Urban Communities
At present,the phenomenon of aging in urban population is serious,and the supply pressure of urban elderly care services is increasing.Based on the perspective of adaptive supply research,it is found that under the combined effects of urbanization level,community governance ability,community location and other factors,the differentiation de-gree of community resource endowment and its shaped community support system is constantly increasing.It is objectively required to carry out classified and targeted supply of urban community elderly care services.Through the investigation of Wuhan urban community,from the perspective of adaptive supply,it is found that the newly developed commercial hous-ing community is suitable to take the"enterprise+pension"service supply model guided by market.Post-unit system community is suitable to rely on endogenous strength to develop social mutual support for the aged;The communities de-veloped from squatter areas and from villages should pay attention to the intervention of government administrative forces,give priority to solving the basic public welfare and old-age public services for the elderly,and meet the diversified needs of the elderly groups.
