Getting Rich do not Forget to Lead:Analysis of the Rural Rich Leader Cultivation Path——Based on a Clear-Set Qualitative Comparative Study of 75 Cases
As an active group in the process of agricultural development,rich rural leaders provide important talent support for rural revitalization.In order to cope with the dilemma of lack of rural talents and governance vacancy,it is necessary to further strengthen the talent team of rich rural leaders.How to stimulate the endogenous motivation of rich rural leaders and create a talent cultivation path has become an urgent issue to be answered.However,the current research on this topic is focused on single-factor analysis,and there is a lack of explanation of multi-factor grouping paths.Based on this,the study introduces elite governance theory and uses clear-set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA)with the help of Nvi-vo software coding for 75 interview cases.The coupling of individual,government,social support,and environmental di-mensions on the cultivation of rich rural leaders is discussed,and four histotypic paths leading to successful rich rural lead-ers are finally derived.
