Integration with Embeddedness:Research on the Multi-Dimensional Essential Factors of Inter-Embeddedness of Communication and Integration among Various Ethnic Groups in Eastern Coastal Cities
Eastern coastal cities have become an important field of ethnic communication and integration and inter-ethnic embeddedness in all directions.Population elements,space embeddedness,economy embeddedness and culture embedded-ness respectively constitute the social basis,field environment,material conditions and spiritual dependence of ethnic com-munication and integration.Taking Tianjin as an example,in terms of the population base factors,the ethnic composition is complete and diverse,the scale of ethnic minority floating population grows rapidly and so on,which make the increment of population resources of inter-ethnic social communication be relatively rich.In terms of space embedded environment,the field environment of inter-ethnic spacial communication has some differences in inter-regional distribution structure,eth-nic settlement structure and community inter-embedding structure.In terms of economic embedded condition,there is a phenomenon of concentration in ethnic employment areas,and various ethnic groups conduct inter-ethnic production ex-changes around occupational fields and employment distribution.In terms of cultural embedded dependence,through the mutual symbiosis of various ethnic cultures and strengthening the education of Chinese cultural identity and national identi-ty,the ethnic spiritual exchange has been enhanced.We should adhere to the thinking of"paying equal attention",ration-ally view the phenomenon of centralized ethnic employment distribution,build ethnic embedded communities on the basis of grasping objective laws,and promote extensive exchange,comprehensive communication and deep integration among ethnic groups in the eastern coastal cities with taking advantage of the trend.
