The Construction and Evolution of the Undergraduate,Master and Doctoral Education System in International Chinese Education
From 2017 to 2023,the scale of teacher training for international Chinese education has been expanded,and the level of education has been improved.It is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:Firstly,undergraduate,master and doctoral programs have been added;Secondly,36 undergraduate programs of International Chinese Language education in universities were approved as national first-class undergraduate programs,and 65 undergraduate programs of interna-tional Chinese language education in universities were approved as provincial first-class undergraduate programs.Thirdly,foreign local Chinese teachers have improved their Chinese teaching level by receiving training and training from their own country or China.However,there were some weaknesses as well.Firstly,some developing countries are still short of local teachers.Secondly,the degree of differentiation between undergraduate,master and doctoral courses is not large,and the connection of talent training is not smooth.Thirdly,digital education for international Chinese teachers is insufficient.In order to ensure the training needs and effects of international Chinese education talents,the solutions to the above problems are as follows:Continue to vigorously support the training of local Chinese teachers in developing countries.It forms an ed-ucation system that undergraduates,masters and doctoral students at different levels have their own focus and connect with each other.Improve the digital technology application ability of undergraduate,master and doctoral students majoring in In-ternational Chinese Education.
