The emergence of new quality productivity forces provides unprecedented opportunities for the high-quality de-velopment of digital economy.From the perspective of new development concept,both new quality productivity forces and high-quality development of digital economy should match the concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.New quality productivity forces provides innovation power for the high-quality development of the digital economy by providing technological innovation power,factor innovation power and industrial innovation power.It provides coordina-tion power for the high-quality development of the digital economy by reducing regional resource differences,bridging re-gional basic differences and balancing regional welfare levels.It provides green power for the high-quality development of the digital economy by providing green energy and optimizing policy tools.It provides open power for the high-quality de-velopment of the digital economy by alleviating the global supply chain crisis and building a new world economic order.It provides shared power for the high-quality development of the digital economy through the multiplier effect of data ele-ments and the digital space interconnection environment.Based on this,this paper also puts forward a series of suggestions from the five dimensions of the new development concept,aiming to promote the high-quality development of digital econ-omy enabled by new quality productivity forces.
