摘要
从社区发展理论来看,未来社区是扎根于中国特色社会主义新时代实际,以满足人的美好生活需求为目标,以人本化、绿色化、智慧化、共享化为价值导向,以创新开放、多元参与、包容融合、共治共享、绿色集约为基本特征,以邻里、教育、健康、创业、建筑、交通、低碳、治理这"八大场景"建设为基本内涵的新型社区形态.未来社区建设在基本目标上要致力于满足居民高质量的物质生活需要、高质量的精神生活需要与高质量的生态环境需要;在价值导向上坚持人本化、绿色化、智慧化与共享化.要积极推进未来社区建设,就必须着力推动邻里、教育、健康、创业、建筑、交通、低碳、治理"八大场景"建设;着力推动党建引领、自治强基、法治保障、德治教化、智治支撑、心理服务"六大能力"建设.
Abstract
The form and development of the community in which human beings live are influenced by the material life style.Based on requirements of new-quality productivity and rooted in the reality of China in the new era,"future community"can be defined as a new type of community aiming to meet people's needs for a better life,and oriented by humanism,green,wisdom and sharing,and with the basic connotation of the construction of"eight scenarios",including neighbor-hood,education,health,entrepreneurship,architecture,transportation,low carbon and governance.The future communi-ty construction aims to meet the residents'needs of high-quality material life,high-quality spiritual life and high-qual-ity ecological environment.In the value orientation,it should adhere to people-oriented,green,wisdom and sharing.To actively promote the construction of future communities,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of eight scenarios,in-cluding neighborhood,education,health,entrepreneurship,construction,transportation,low-carbon,and governance,and strengthen the construction of six capabilities,including party building leadership,autonomy,rule of law protection,moral governance and education,intellectual governance support,and psychosocial services.
