Practical Patterns and Inherent Logic of Village Micro-governance
Since the 1980s,under the comprehensive impact of urbanization and industrialization,the overall order of daily life in rural society has gradually disintegrated.How to rebuild the order of daily life in villages has become an issue of the times,and village micro-governance is a practical exploration to respond to this issue of the times.Village micro-govern-ance is an effective governance mechanism based on micro-unit as a spatial field,micro-organization and micro-grid as the basis,micro-platform as a carrier,micro-transaction as content,micro-action and micro-service as the means,and micro-mechanism as the driving force.The participation channels of grassroots governance are broadened,and the willingness of governance subjects to participate is inspired.Through the in-depth analysis of the practice cases of"Three Micro-organizations and Three Things"governance in H village of Chongqing,the research finds that the main methods of micro-governance in villages are to divide micro-grids,set up micro-organizations,build micro-positions,discuss de-velopment issues,help each other in difficult issues,and advocate civilized things to make governance respond to life;Through the leading mechanism of party building and the restraint mechanism of acquaintance society,the governance faces life.The inner logic of village micro-governance includes rebuilding the order of village life and building a community of life.
