青少年的时间管理倾向与学业自我、人格的关系

摘要
采用问卷法对666名青少年的时间管理倾向及其与学业自我和人格之间的关系进行探究.结果发现:青少年在时间管理倾向上表现较好,在时间价值感上,女生的得分显著高于男生的;在时间监控观和时间效能感上,初一和初二学生的得分显著高于高一的;青少年的学业自我与时间管理倾向之间存在显著的正相关,其中情感体验、能力知觉和成就价值对时间管理倾向具有显著预测作用;青少年的人格五因素(除情绪性外)与时间管理倾向存在显著的正相关,其中宜人性、谨慎性和开放性对时间管理倾向具有显著预测作用;青少年学业自我发展的好坏会影响人格的发展,同时又会通过某些人格特质间接地影响时间管理倾向.
Abstract
In order to explore the status of adolescents' time management disposition and its relations with their academic self-concept and personality,the study investigated 666 middle school students by the questionnaire.The results showed that:The developmental level of adolescents' time management disposition was a little better,the girls' average scores were significant higher than the boys' on the sense of time value ;The junior 1 and junior 2 students' average scores were significant higher than the senior 1 students' on the sense of time control and time efficiency; There was significant positive correlation between adolescents' academic self-concept and time management disposition,and the perception of academic ability,experience of academic emotion,the value of academic achievement had significantly predictive effects on the time management disposition; There was also significant positive correlation between adolescents' personalities (except the neuroticism) and time management disposition,and the agreeableness,conscientiousness,openness had significantly predictive effects on the time management disposition; Adolescents' academic self-concept could effect their development of personality,while could indirect effect their time management disposition through some personalities.
