贵州黎山坪洞洞穴动物群落结构与部分环境因子研究

The study on cave animal's community with cavern environment factors in lishanping cave in Guizhou

2012年8月,对贵州省施秉县黎山坪洞进行了深入调查研究,共采集动物标本500号.经初步鉴定,隶属3门7纲10目16科27种.经分类统计,软体动物是洞穴内主要的动物类群,调查的3个动物群落间相似性较高,洞内动物群落分布较均匀.用Pearson相关系数进行环境因子、物种或群落多样性的相关性分析,结果显示,土壤中重金属Hg和As的含量与动物群落多样性指数间相关性极显著,相关系数的绝对值均达到1.经富集分析,结果得出红颈蟾蜍和蝙蝠对水环境中汞的富集系数均大于1.
In August 2012,Carried on a further research and study about Lishanping cave of Shibing in Guizhou province,and in total of getting 500 animal samples After the preliminary appraisal,they belonging to belong to 27 species,16families,10 orders,7classes and 3 phyla.Through analysis of statistics,mollusks is the major animal groups inside the cave,investigation of the similarity between the three animals is higher,cave animals community distribution is uniform.Environmental factors using Pearson correlation coefficient,the correlation analysis of species or community diversity,the results showed that the content of heavy metal Hg and As in the soil and extremely significant correlation between animal community diversity index,the absolute value of correlation coefficient reaches 1.Enrichment analysis,the results it is concluded that the red neck toad and bats in water environment of mercury enrichment coefficients greater than 1.
