幼儿教师的薪酬制度知觉与职业使命感、生活满意度的关系

摘要
为考察幼儿教师的薪酬制度知觉、职业使命感与生活满意度之间的关系,从参与国培计划的幼儿教师中整群随机抽取了360名被试进行了问卷调查.结果发现:幼儿教师有着较高的教师职业使命感,但对自己任教单位的薪酬制度与生活满意度的评价较低;薪酬制度知觉及其诸因子与职业使命感、生活满意度之间均存在显著正相关,职业使命感与生活满意度之间存在显著正相关;薪酬制度知觉的竞争性知觉因子对生活满意度、职业使命感均有显著的正向预测性,回馈性知觉因子对生活满意度有显著的正向预测性;职业使命感不仅能显著正向预测幼儿教师的生活满意度,且在薪酬制度知觉与生活满意度之间起部分中介作用.
Abstract
In order to explore the relationship among perception of salary system,career calling and life satisfaction of kindergarten teachers,a sample of 360 kindergarten teachers who participated the national training plan were selected to complete questionnaire survey.The results showed that:the kindergarten teachers who investigated had a high level of career calling,but had a low level of perception of salary system and life satisfaction;there were significant positive correlation between perception of salary system with its factors and career calling,life satisfaction,and there was significant positive correlation between career calling and life satisfaction;the factor of competitiveness had significantly positive predictive effects on kindergarten teachers' career calling and life satisfaction,and the factor of feedback had significantly positive predictive effects on kindergarten teachers' life satisfaction;kindergarten teachers' career calling had significantly positive predictive effects on their life satisfaction,and also played a partial mediating role between perception of salary system and life satisfaction.
