自尊与大学毕业生就业焦虑的关系:基于Bootstrap法的SEM分析

摘要
选取贵州省5所高校600名大学毕业生作为研究对象,采用自尊量表、应对方式问卷、大学毕业生就业焦虑问卷进行调查.结果显示:自尊与就业焦虑呈显著负相关(r=-0.47,P<0.01),消极应对方式与就业焦虑呈正相关(r=0.35,P<0.01);自尊能够负向显著预测就业焦虑(β=-0.39,t=-9.14,P<0.001),消极应对方式能够正向显著预测就业焦虑(β=0.18,t =4.07,P<0.001);消极应对方式在自尊与就业焦虑之间起部分中介作用,其间接效应占总效应的34.70%.
Abstract
600 college graduates from 5 colleges of Guizhou,were tested by self-esteem scale,Coping style questionnaire and employment anxiety questionnaire for college graduates.Results showed that there was negative correlation between self-esteem and employment anxiety (r =-0.47,P < 0.01),and positive correlation between negative coping style and employment anxiety (r =0.35,P < 0.01);Self-esteem can negatively predict employment anxiety (β =-0.39,t =-9.14,P <0.001),negative coping style can positively predict employment anxiety (β =0.18,t =4.07,P <0.001);And the partly mediating effect of negative coping style was significant,and its indirect effect accounts for 34.70% of the total effect.
